PathStone Corporation is a private, 501(c)(3) nonprofit community development organization that has been serving individuals, families, and communities since 1969. PathStone's mission is to build family and individual self-sufficiency by strengthening farmworker, rural, and urban communities while promoting social justice through programs and advocacy. PathStone provides a variety of education, workforce development, employment, and supportive services designed to help individuals overcome barriers, gain skills, achieve educational goals, and secure meaningful employment. The organization works closely with the county's local One Stop Career Center, local employers, educational institutions, and community partners to create opportunities that strengthen the local workforce and economy.
PathStone's Out-of-School Youth (OSY) Program helps youth ages 16–24 develop the skills necessary for long-term success through career exploration, work readiness training, academic support, employment preparation, and connections to post-secondary education and training opportunities. Participants receive instruction in areas such as communication, teamwork, customer service, workplace professionalism, interviewing skills, financial literacy, and career planning.
Together, PathStone and employer partners create meaningful opportunities that help young adults build confidence, gain workplace experience, and move toward sustainable careers while strengthening the local workforce pipeline.
