  • President | Jeffrey George of Merrill Lynch

    Prior to his financial services career, Jeff served as a helicopter pilot in the United States Army. During Operation Iraqi Freedom, he commanded a company in the 101st Airborne Division. Jeff started in the financial services industry in 2004 and moved to Merrill Lynch in 2007. Jeff has been a Branch Manager and Sales Manager of the Delaware-South Jersey Market. Jeff lives with wife Valerie and three boys in Mullica Hill, NJ. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He has helicopter and airplane pilot licenses and enjoys playing golf. Jeff enjoys coaching youth sports, and serving on non-profit boards. He is currently on the finance committee of Inspira Health Network and Chairman of the Veteran’s Initiative of the Philadelphia Union League.

     

  • First Vice President | Frank Guaracini, III of Frank’s Realty

    Frank Guaracini, III, Esquire, is “Of Counsel” to the firm and is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Since February 2012 through the present, Mr. Guaracini has appeared as the regular Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Avalon, New Jersey, and the Borough of Stone Harbor, New Jersey. In July 2015, Mr. Guaracini was appointed Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of Lower. Outside of this role, Mr. Guaracini has focused his law practice on Municipal Court matters and motor vehicle and criminal law, representing clients in Municipal Court and in connection with other criminal forums, as well as some aspects of employment law including the investigations and prosecutions of employee misconduct on behalf of private and government employers.

    Mr. Guaracini is also Partner and General Counsel to his family’s Vineland based businesses, Frank’s Realty Company and Vineland Regional Transportation Center, a few of the largest commercial real estate development companies in Cumberland County.

    Prior to joining the law firm, Mr. Guaracini was law clerk to the Honorable Paul F. Chaiet, J.S.C. (retired), of the New Jersey Superior Court, Criminal Part, Monmouth County.  In this role, Mr. Guaracini conducted extensive research on various criminal law issues, and assisted the Judge in authoring opinions on criminal trial issues and on appeals of Municipal Court decisions. Mr. Guaracini also served the Special Civil Part as a Certified Court Appointed Mediator.

    In 2005, Mr. Guaracini received his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, where he served as editorial staff on Widener Law Review (authoring several academic papers in the areas of criminal and constitutional law), and received University recognition for his outstanding academics in the areas of Civil Procedure and Legal Methods. Additionally, Mr. Guaracini studied comparative criminal and constitutional law at the University of Technology Sydney, in Sydney, Australia. In 2002, Mr. Guaracini received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Cum Laude, from Rider University.

    Mr. Guaracini is very active in local civic and charitable organizations, including serving as an Executive of the Chamber. Mr. Guaracini resides in Vineland, New Jersey, with his wife, Amanda, and daughter, Charlotte.

     

  • Second Vice President | Stacey Lilliston | Lilliston Ford

    Stacey graduated with a Bachelors degree from Villanova University in 1998 and began working for her family business, Lilliston Automotive Group.  They have 3 dealerships:  Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Honda Motorsports in Vineland and Millville.  Stacey started as a Human Resources Manager and worked in many facets of the dealerships.  She is currently the Dealership Manager and her main areas of concentration are marketing, allocation and inventory control, managing personnel, customer satisfaction, profitability, monthly meetings, budgeting, insurance renewals and as a company representative with the factory.

    Stacy has been involved and volunteered for numerous community events in Cumberland County.  She has served as a Board Director of the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce for more than 8 years.  She serves on several committees and has been Co-Chair of our Annual Dandelion Dinner for several years.  She is directly involved with the community events that the dealerships sponsor.  Stacey has been happy to work closely on behalf of the dealership with the Susan G. Komen Foundation of Central & South Jersey with the "Driven for the Cure" race to sell 500 vehicles in 60 days with over $100,000 donated.  In 2016, Stacey became a Board Member for the Susan G. Komen Foundation of Central & South Jersey.

    Keith Baldosaro | South Jersey Litho

    Keith had his passion for printing begin in his first lithography class while attending Vineland High School. His extensive experience over the years in the printing industry led him back to Vineland to own and operate a full service digital printing and mailing company. Keith provides high quality, cost effective and fast turnaround printing for the local community businesses. When he is not working on your printing project, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially Sunday dinners and golfing with friends.

    Kevin Gibala | TD Bank

    Kevin is a Commercial Relationship Manager for TD Bank. With more than 15 years’ experience in commercial lending, he works closely with business clients by providing them with a broad range of business banking and lending services. Kevin recently ended a 6 year term as the Board President for Habitat for Humanity of Salem County and continues to serve on their financial committee. He also serves as a Board of Trustees for the Memorial Hospital of Salem County. In 2016, Kevin was selected as a 40 under 40 recipient by SNJ Business People.

    Jared is a financial advisor with GWN Securities, Inc. His mission is to build a reputable financial practice and establish a brand that represents strength and honesty.  He is founder of StockSkinny.com, and e-newsletter and website dedicated to educating our community about Financial Literacy.  Jared earned a bachelors degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Wagner College where he excelled as a division-1 baseball player.  Jared can be seen around Vineland usually in a white button dress shirt, dining at one of his favorite local restaurants, or walking his 7 year old boxer, and company mascot, Slugger.

    Barbara Jones | Servpro Cumberland & Cape May Counties

    Barbara, along with her husband, Patrick, runs Servpro of Cape May & Cumberland Counties. Cape May was established in 2003 and Cumberland County was established in 2004.  Servpro is a premier cleaning and restoration company, specializing in fire, flood and mold remediation, and offers 24 hour emergency services for both commercial and residential customers. Other services include odor removal, move outs, duct cleaning and sealing, carpet, upholstery, drapery and floor cleaning and maintenance, post construction clean-ups, and biohazard clean ups.

    Prior to Servpro, Barbara worked in the insurance industry in South Jersey, and prior to that, the executive search industry in Philadelphia, PA. 

    She holds a B.A. from Trinity College, Dublin, Producers Licenses in Life and Health Insurance, and numerous IICRC certificates in WTR, ASD, Health & Safety, FST, CCT and AMRT.  Barbara holds an Asbestos license in the State of NJ and Pennsylvania and is an ABRA certified crime scene cleanup technician. She also has her OSHA 30 hour.

    She serves on the First Legislative District Economic Development Task Force formed by Senator Jeff Van Drew, New Jersey State Senator in 2014. Barbara is Treasurer of the American Bio Recovery Association. She heads up the Scholarship Committee for the New Jersey State Buildings & Grounds Association, Atlantic and Cape May Counties Chapter, and is on the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Committee. 

    An avid animal lover, Barbara has volunteered with the Cape May County Animal Shelter since 2006.

    Peter A. Kaprielyan | Inspira Health Network

    Peter is Vice President, Government and External Relations, Inspira Health Network. The Inspira Health Network is a merger of South Jersey Healthcare, Inc. and Underwood-Memorial Health Systems, Inc., representing three acute care hospitals and more than 5,700 employees serving the healthcare needs of the greater Cumberland, Salem and Gloucester County region. Peter represents the Inspira Health Network at national, state and local levels. In 2014, he was recognized by the American Hospital Association and New Jersey Hospital Association as a Grassroots Champion for exceptional leadership in generating grassroots and community activity in support of the hospital’s mission.

    Donna M. Perez | Wells Fargo Advisors

    Donna has served with Wells Fargo Advisors for 15 years and has 28 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Perez is with The Smithson Financial Strategies Group of Wells Fargo Advisors located at 1051 W. Sherman Ave in Vineland. 

    Perez currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Trustees of Cumberland County College and sits on the board of the Cumberland Cape Atlantic YMCA. She lives in Vineland with her husband George.

    Debbie Perkins | Bay Atlantic Federal Credit Union

    Debbie was born as Deborah Mesiano in Vineland at Newcomb Hospital (demolished in 2016), and raised in Richland with four siblings, one mile from the Cumberland County line.  However, Debbie's family did all of their shopping in Vineland, mainly "downtown" on Landis Avenue when it was at it's thriving peak and they especially enjoyed going to Landis Theatre to see all the first run movies.  Debbie remembers going to Marcacci's when they originally owned it on Vine Road, to buy all their meats, and the smell of fresh saw dust spread over the wooden floor.  She also remembers shopping at ShopRite on Wheat Road owned by the Guaracini family.  Her dentist was on 8th Street and not a memory she is fond of!  When Debbie was 14, she belonged to a city choir for youths and their rehearsals were held in Vineland City Hall at the same location it is today.  While Debbie's home was in Richland, she did all of her growing up in Vineland, and appreciates being surrounded by all the farmers in East Vineland growing the best produce in the country.

    Currently, Debbie resides with her husband Steve of 36 years in his family homestead located in Buena.  Debbie has two children, Gregory who is a Music Therapist and Stephanie who is a Massage Therapist.  Debbie fell in love with the City of Vineland growing up and continues to treasure so much of what it offers.  She looks forward to the future plans of the City.

    As a local business owner of Family Medical Equipment, Aaron believes it is our civic duty to improve the city of Vineland through economic development, public advocacy, and collective action. This sentiment has led Aaron to serve on this Board.


  • Kevin Pustizzi | Clearbridge Media – SNJ Today

    Kevin is President of ClearBridge Branding Agency and co-founder of SNJ Today.  He is a reserved yet insightful marketing professional who is solution-oriented and forever focused on doing whatever it takes to help his clients succeed.  Before becoming President of ClearBridge Branding Agency, Kevin helped co-found SNJ Today where he served as Director of Sales & Marketing.  A loyal graduate of St. Augustine Preparatory School, Kevin went on to pursue a double major in marketing and management at LaSalle University.  Kevin lives in Sicklerville, NJ with his wife and two children.

    Nicholas Scardino | BB&T

    Nick is Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager for BB&T Bank, has 27 years of experience working with businesses and business owners, applying broad financial services to help meet their goals.  Nick is passionate about serving clients, with the belief that business-owners are the heroes of our country, as they take risks and work tirelessly to provide jobs to their employees, commerce to their communities, and economic strength to our nation.  Nick believes he and BB&T Bank are uniquely positioned to make a difference, with over 100 years of local banking history through legacy Minotola National and Susquehanna Banks, as well as his lifelong residency here in Southern NJ.  Nick channels this experience and passion toward promoting and enhancing the business community at every opportunity.  Nick is a faithful member of the Solid Rock Baptist Church in Berlin, he enjoys flying single engine aircraft, mechanical tinkering in house and garage, the shooting sports, and political and legislative affairs.  He resides in Winslow Township.

    Jason is a Vice President, Business Relationship Manager for Newfield National Bank.  He is the Chairperson of our Green Initiatives Committee.  Jason was selected as our 2017-2018 Board Director of the Year.

    David Surdam | Chemglass Life Sciences

    Vice President and co-owner of Chemglass Life Sciences, married to Regina and father of two children – boy 14 and girl 11. Dave was born in Vineland and currently lives in Pittsgrove.  He is active in Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Cumberland & Salem Counties as well as many other charities.

    Steve Testa | Romano, Hearing, Testa & Knorr, CPAs

    Serves as Treasurer

    Steve is a Certified Public Accountant, Registered Municipal Accountant and a Public School Accountant of the State of New Jersey.  He is a Shareholder and Director of Romano, Hearing, Testa & Knorr, CPAs.  Steve has over 38 years' experience in providing accounting, auditing and consulting services for governmental entities, not-for-profit entities and commercial business enterprises.

    Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey State Society of CPAs and the Registered Municipal Accountants Association of New Jersey.  He has served on the board of a private regional school, a local YMCA, on the pastoral council and finance committee of a religious organization and as the treasurer of several local non-profit organizations.  He is currently the treasurer of the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce and a local non-profit organization and is also an active volunteer with a local community theater group.  He has participated as a lecturer in a series of Not-For-Profit seminars presented by the Neighborhood Leadership Institute and hosted by Cumberland County College for a variety of organizations.

    Kristen graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Stockton University in 2006 and has been a part of Premium Employee Benefits since 2010.  She currently holds the title of Sr. Account Manager and oversees the day to day operations of the office, managing 2 full time employees with a focus on building relationships within the business community.  She aspires to own the benefits firm in the long term.

    She is at home in East Vineland with her husband Steven and three children, Marissa - 15, Taylor – 7, and Mikayla – 2.
