Stacey graduated with a Bachelors degree from Villanova University in 1998 and began working for her family business, Lilliston Automotive Group. They have 3 dealerships: Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Honda Motorsports in Vineland and Millville. Stacey started as a Human Resources Manager and worked in many facets of the dealerships. She is currently the President of the dealerships.
Stacy has been involved and volunteered for numerous community events in Cumberland County. She has served as a Board Director of the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce for more than 11 years. She serves on several committees and has been Co-Chair of our Annual Dandelion Dinner for several years. She is directly involved with the community events that the dealerships sponsor. Stacey has been happy to work closely on behalf of the dealership with the Susan G. Komen Foundation of Central & South Jersey with the "Driven for the Cure" race to sell 500 vehicles in 60 days with over $100,000 donated. In 2016, Stacey became a Board Member for the Susan G. Komen Foundation of Central & South Jersey.
Barbara owns and operates SERVPRO of Cape May & Cumberland Counties. Cape May was established in 2003 and Cumberland County was established in 2004. SERVPRO is a premier cleaning and restoration company, specializing in fire, flood and mold remediation, and offers 24 hour emergency services for both commercial and residential customers. Other services include odor removal, move outs, duct cleaning and sealing, carpet, upholstery, drapery and floor cleaning and maintenance, post construction clean-ups, and biohazard clean ups.
Prior to SERVPRO, Barbara worked in the insurance industry in South Jersey, and prior to that, the executive search industry in Philadelphia, PA.
She holds a B.A. from Trinity College, Dublin, Producers Licenses in Life and Health Insurance, and numerous IICRC certificates in WTR, ASD, Health & Safety, FST, CCT and AMRT. Barbara holds an Asbestos license in the State of NJ and Pennsylvania and is an ABRA certified crime scene cleanup technician. She also has her OSHA 30 hour.
Barbara is Treasurer of the American Bio Recovery Association. She heads up the Scholarship Committee for the New Jersey State Buildings & Grounds Association, Atlantic and Cape May Counties Chapter, and is on the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Committee.
An avid animal lover, Barbara has volunteered with the Cape May County Animal Shelter since 2006.
Frank Guaracini, III, Esquire, is “Of Counsel” to the firm and is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Since February 2012 through the present, Mr. Guaracini has appeared as the regular Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Avalon, New Jersey, and the Borough of Stone Harbor, New Jersey. In July 2015, Mr. Guaracini was appointed Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of Lower. Outside of this role, Mr. Guaracini has focused his law practice on Municipal Court matters and motor vehicle and criminal law, representing clients in Municipal Court and in connection with other criminal forums, as well as some aspects of employment law including the investigations and prosecutions of employee misconduct on behalf of private and government employers.
Mr. Guaracini is also Partner and General Counsel to his family’s Vineland based businesses, Frank’s Realty Company and Vineland Regional Transportation Center, a few of the largest commercial real estate development companies in Cumberland County.
Prior to joining the law firm, Mr. Guaracini was law clerk to the Honorable Paul F. Chaiet, J.S.C. (retired), of the New Jersey Superior Court, Criminal Part, Monmouth County. In this role, Mr. Guaracini conducted extensive research on various criminal law issues, and assisted the Judge in authoring opinions on criminal trial issues and on appeals of Municipal Court decisions. Mr. Guaracini also served the Special Civil Part as a Certified Court Appointed Mediator.
In 2005, Mr. Guaracini received his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, where he served as editorial staff on Widener Law Review (authoring several academic papers in the areas of criminal and constitutional law), and received University recognition for his outstanding academics in the areas of Civil Procedure and Legal Methods. Additionally, Mr. Guaracini studied comparative criminal and constitutional law at the University of Technology Sydney, in Sydney, Australia. In 2002, Mr. Guaracini received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Cum Laude, from Rider University.
Mr. Guaracini is very active in local civic and charitable organizations, including serving as an Executive of the Chamber. Mr. Guaracini resides in Vineland, New Jersey, with his wife Amanda, daughter Charlotte and son Grant.
Keith had his passion for printing begin in his first lithography class while attending Vineland High School. His extensive experience over the years in the printing industry led him back to Vineland to own and operate a full service digital printing and mailing company. Keith provides high quality, cost effective and fast turnaround printing for the local community businesses. When he is not working on your printing project, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially Sunday dinners and golfing with friends.
Stephen D. Barse | Gruccio, Pepper, DeSanto & Ruth, P.A.
Serves as Solicitor
Mr. Barse is a 1980 graduate of the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1983. Upon graduation, he served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Philip A. Gruccio, Assignment Judge, in Atlantic City. He was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey in 1984.
Mr. Barse’s practice is concentrated in the areas of Labor Law, Local Government Law, Business Law, Banking, Estate Planning and Administration. He is solicitor for the Borough of Avalon and serves as labor counsel for various municipalities. He has concentrated in private and public sector labor relations and employment for more than 20 years, representing clients in mediation, arbitration, disciplinary proceedings, unfair practice charges, and related labor and employment matters. He represents clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions and financing transactions. Mr. Barse also provides training to employers regarding work-place issues and conducted investigations of employee claims of harassment and discrimination.
Mr. Barse is currently a member of the Board of the American Red Cross – Southern Shore Chapter. He has previously served on the Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society – South Jersey Region and the Vineland YMCA

David is the owner of Utopia Salon & Day Spa. He is very involved in his business and the community.
James Economy | Bridor USA
James is the Director of Human Resources for Bridor USA, a high-end pastry manufacturer. He has served as a Board Director since 2017.
Kevin is a Commercial Relationship Manager for TD Bank. With more than 15 years’ experience in commercial lending, he works closely with business clients by providing them with a broad range of business banking and lending services. Kevin recently ended a 6 year term as the Board President for Habitat for Humanity of Salem County and continues to serve on their financial committee. He also serves as a Board of Trustees for the Memorial Hospital of Salem County. In 2016, Kevin was selected as a 40 under 40 recipient by SNJ Business People.
Jared Gruccio | Gruccio Financial
Jared is a financial advisor with a mission to build a reputable financial practice and establish a brand that represents strength and honesty. He is founder of StockSkinny.com, an e-newsletter and website dedicated to educating our community about Financial Literacy. Jared earned a bachelors degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Wagner College where he excelled as a division-1 baseball player. Jared can be seen around Vineland usually in a white button dress shirt, dining at one of his favorite local restaurants, or walking his 7 year old boxer, and company mascot, Slugger.
Dolores is a business owner in Vineland. She started her career in banking before becoming part owner of Pancoast Funeral Home in 2001. She earned an accounting degree and is currently the office manager for the funeral home. At present, Dolores sits on the business and facilities committee at Cumberland Christian School. In her spare time, she’s a freelance writer for South Jersey Mom Magazine and Northeast Woman Magazine. She is passionate about poetry and sees the role it can play in this profession. “It has the ability to lift your spirits in the darkest of times.” Dolores considers it a privilege to work in an industry that helps so many people within her community.
Leslie has 23 years of experience in healthcare with focus in the areas of case management, discharge planning, medical sales and marketing, business development, and payer and physician relations. She is an active member in her community and volunteers for various non-profit organizations. Leslie earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and joined Encompass in 2003.
Peter is Vice President, Government and External Relations at Inspira Health. Inspira Health is a major health system representing four acute care hospitals and more than 6,500 employees serving the healthcare needs of the greater Cumberland, Salem and Gloucester County region. Peter represents Inspira Health at national, state and local levels. In 2014, he was recognized by the American Hospital Association and New Jersey Hospital Association as a Grassroots Champion for exceptional leadership in generating grassroots and community activity in support of the hospital’s mission.
Lilly is a lifelong resident of the Vineland area. Her years in hospitality, & real estate property management, have given her a wealth of business experience. Lilly also believes in giving back to the community. She volunteers countless hours and energy to a variety of organizations. She previously served on the GVCC Board of Directors from 2003-2009. Currently, Lilly is a Director on the Century Savings Bank Board, and she is an active member of the Board of Cumberland County Educational Foundation where she has served for over 20 years, and was Chairperson from 2009-2011 and 2015-2016. On any given day, Lilly can be spotted power walking throughout Vineland.
Donna has served with Wells Fargo Advisors for 15 years and has 28 years of experience in the financial services industry. Perez is with The Smithson Financial Strategies Group of Wells Fargo Advisors located at 1051 W. Sherman Ave in Vineland.
Perez currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Trustees of Cumberland County College and sits on the board of the Cumberland Cape Atlantic YMCA. She lives in Vineland with her husband George.

Deborah Perkins | Bay Atlantic Federal Credit Union
Debbie was born as Deborah Mesiano in Vineland at Newcomb Hospital (demolished in 2016), and raised in Richland with four siblings, one mile from the Cumberland County line. However, Debbie's family did all of their shopping in Vineland, mainly "downtown" on Landis Avenue when it was at it's thriving peak and they especially enjoyed going to Landis Theatre to see all the first run movies. Debbie remembers going to Marcacci's when they originally owned it on Vine Road, to buy all their meats, and the smell of fresh saw dust spread over the wooden floor. She also remembers shopping at ShopRite on Wheat Road owned by the Guaracini family. Her dentist was on 8th Street and not a memory she is fond of! When Debbie was 14, she belonged to a city choir for youths and their rehearsals were held in Vineland City Hall at the same location it is today. While Debbie's home was in Richland, she did all of her growing up in Vineland, and appreciates being surrounded by all the farmers in East Vineland growing the best produce in the country.
Currently, Debbie resides with her husband Steve of 36 years in his family homestead located in Buena. Debbie has two children, Gregory who is a Music Therapist and Stephanie who is a Massage Therapist. Debbie fell in love with the City of Vineland growing up and continues to treasure so much of what it offers. She looks forward to the future plans of the City.
As a former educator, Lori has always loved the learning process. In her early years she taught 6th and 4th grades and eventually became the coordinator of the Gifted and Talented program in Fairfield Twp. She received her BA in Elementary Education from Glassboro State College. Lori has been a member of the Singing Ambassadors and has cantered for St Anne’s church in Elmer. She tutored children in math and reading, while raising her 3 daughters. She enjoys going to the gym, working in her yard, has recently taken up golf, and spending time with her daughters.
Lori started in real estate in 2015 and loves it. “Helping people find their dream home is extremely rewarding, and helping people sell their homes to find something that gives them even more pleasure is just as rewarding.” Lori serves on the Advocacy Committee for the Chamber and is looking forward to making meaningful new friends, while serving on the board.

Steve is a Certified Public Accountant, Registered Municipal Accountant and a Public School Accountant of the State of New Jersey. He is a Shareholder and Director of Romano, Hearing, Testa & Knorr, CPAs. Steve has over 38 years' experience in providing accounting, auditing and consulting services for governmental entities, not-for-profit entities and commercial business enterprises.
Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey State Society of CPAs and the Registered Municipal Accountants Association of New Jersey. He has served on the board of a private regional school, a local YMCA, on the pastoral council and finance committee of a religious organization and as the treasurer of several local non-profit organizations. He is currently the treasurer of the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce and a local non-profit organization and is also an active volunteer with a local community theater group. He has participated as a lecturer in a series of Not-For-Profit seminars presented by the Neighborhood Leadership Institute and hosted by Cumberland County College for a variety of organizations.
Michael is the Operations Manager at Mints Insurance Agency for the last 6 years. With 20 years’ experience in Banking and Finance, he brings a fresh perspective and years of valuable insight into Mints, working on their ever-changing marketing and operations strategies. Mike is an active member in the community, serving on several non-profit committees and coaching multiple sports teams for his 2 sons. He is a proud alumni of Leadership Cumberland County 2016.
Erik Young | First Harvest Credit Union
Erik has been in the banking industry for 15+ years, with the past 5+ being in the credit union world, and is currently the Regional Sales Leader at First Harvest Credit Union (formerly South Jersey Federal Credit Union). Having received his BA in History, with a goal to become a High School History teacher, Erik remained in the banking industry because it allowed him to continue educating and helping others from a financial aspect. Erik is married with 4 children and spends his free time helping to coach little league baseball and continues to play sports to this day.
