    Michael has more than 20 years’ experience in Banking and Finance.  Mike is an active member in the community, serving on several non-profit committees and coaching multiple sports teams for his 2 sons.  He is a proud alumni of Leadership Cumberland County 2016.   He was selected as our Volunteer of the Year 2024, and was given our Board Director of the Year Award in 2025.

    David owns and operates the David Scales Jr State Farm Agency. he is also Board President for Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity along with his involvement with many other non-profits throughout our community. David married his high school sweetheart and has two beautiful children. He spent 18 years in retail management / leadership roles prior to opening his office in 2019. David is a Leadership of Cumberland County Alumni and received our Board Director of the Year Award in 2024.  He currently serves as Chair of our Partnerships & Recognition Committee.

    Jason is a Vice President Commercial Lender at First National Bank of Absecon.  Jason received our Board Director of the Year Award in 2018.  He is currently serving as our Immediate Past President.
