  •  President | Stacey Lilliston | Lilliston Ford

    Stacey graduated with a Bachelors degree from Villanova University in 1998 and began working for her family business, Lilliston Automotive Group.  They have 3 dealerships:  Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Honda Motorsports in Vineland and Millville.  Stacey started as a Human Resources Manager and worked in many facets of the dealerships.  She is currently the President of the dealerships.

    Stacy has been involved and volunteered for numerous community events in Cumberland County.  She has served as a Board Director of the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce for more than 11 years.  She serves on several committees and has been Co-Chair of our Annual Dandelion Dinner for several years.  She is directly involved with the community events that the dealerships sponsor.  Stacey has been happy to work closely on behalf of the dealership with the Susan G. Komen Foundation of Central & South Jersey with the "Driven for the Cure" race to sell 500 vehicles in 60 days with over $100,000 donated.  In 2016, Stacey became a Board Member for the Susan G. Komen Foundation of Central & South Jersey.

    Jason is a Vice President Commercial Lender at First National Bank of Absecon.  He is the Chairperson of our Partnerships & Recognition Committee.  Jason was selected as our 2017-2018 Board Director of the Year.


  • Second Vice President | Michael Toscano | Mints Insurance

    Michael is the Operations Manager at Mints Insurance Agency for the last 6 years. With 20 years’ experience in Banking and Finance, he brings a fresh perspective and years of valuable insight into Mints, working on their ever-changing marketing and operations strategies.  Mike is an active member in the community, serving on several non-profit committees and coaching multiple sports teams for his 2 sons.  He is a proud alumni of Leadership Cumberland County 2016.

    Keith Baldosaro | South Jersey Litho

    Keith had his passion for printing begin in his first lithography class while attending Vineland High School. His extensive experience over the years in the printing industry led him back to Vineland to own and operate a full service digital printing and mailing company. Keith provides high quality, cost effective and fast turnaround printing for the local community businesses. When he is not working on your printing project, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially Sunday dinners and golfing with friends.

  • Stephen D. Barse | Gruccio, Pepper, DeSanto & Ruth, P.A.

    Serves as Solicitor

    Mr. Barse is a 1980 graduate of the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1983. Upon graduation, he served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Philip A. Gruccio, Assignment Judge, in Atlantic City. He was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey in 1984.

    Mr. Barse’s practice is concentrated in the areas of Labor Law, Local Government Law, Business Law, Banking, Estate Planning and Administration. He is solicitor for the Borough of Avalon and serves as labor counsel for various municipalities. He has concentrated in private and public sector labor relations and employment for more than 20 years, representing clients in mediation, arbitration, disciplinary proceedings, unfair practice charges, and related labor and employment matters. He represents clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions and financing transactions. Mr. Barse also provides training to employers regarding work-place issues and conducted investigations of employee claims of harassment and discrimination.

    Mr. Barse is currently a member of the Board of the American Red Cross – Southern Shore Chapter. He has previously served on the Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society – South Jersey Region and the Vineland YMCA

    David is the owner of Utopia Salon & Day Spa.  He is very involved in his business and the community.

  • Jared Gruccio | Gruccio Financial

    Jared is a financial advisor with a mission to build a reputable financial practice and establish a brand that represents strength and honesty.  He is founder of StockSkinny.com, an e-newsletter and website dedicated to educating our community about Financial Literacy.  Jared earned a bachelors degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Wagner College where he excelled as a division-1 baseball player.  Jared can be seen around Vineland usually in a white button dress shirt, dining at one of his favorite local restaurants, or walking his 7 year old boxer, and company mascot, Slugger.

    Dolores Hoffman | Pancoast Funeral Home

    Dolores is a business owner in Vineland. She started her career in banking before becoming part owner of Pancoast Funeral Home in 2001.  She earned an accounting degree and is currently the office manager for the funeral home. At present, Dolores sits on the business and facilities committee at Cumberland Christian School. In her spare time, she’s a freelance writer for South Jersey Mom Magazine and Northeast Woman Magazine.  She is passionate about poetry and sees the role it can play in this profession. “It has the ability to lift your spirits in the darkest of times.”  Dolores considers it a privilege to work in an industry that helps so many people within her community.

    Cathi Ingraham | Millville Savings Bank

    Cathi is a Vice President Commercial Lender at Millville Savings Bank. With over 30 years of banking experience, her specialty is commercial construction; builder spot lots, offices, and retail centers. Cathi has been active in the community and serviced as a previous board member for the American Red Cross, Southern NJ Chapter, previous board member, Salvation Army, Atlantic County Chapter, volunteer for the Cumberland County SPCA and volunteer for Habitat for Humanity Cumberland County. Cathi currently resides in Vineland with her husband Robert and son Robert.

    Lilly Kejzman | Kejzman Hospitality & Realty

    Lilly is a lifelong resident of the Vineland area. Her years in hospitality, & real estate property management, have given her a wealth of business experience. Lilly also believes in giving back to the community.  She volunteers countless hours and energy to a variety of organizations.  She previously served on the GVCC Board of Directors from 2003-2009.  Currently, Lilly is a Director on the Century Savings Bank Board, and she is an active member of the Board of Cumberland County Educational Foundation where she has served for over 20 years, and was Chairperson from 2009-2011 and 2015-2016.  On any given day, Lilly can be spotted power walking throughout Vineland.

    Timothy Lamezec joined Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Vineland in 2022.

    As the business development director. He has almost 10 years of business development and sales experience in New Jersey healthcare.

    Marya Mazzeo | Members 1st of NJ Federal Credit Union

    Marya is a marketing and business development specialist working at Members 1st of NJ FCU, where she's been employed for over ten years. She is very thankful to be with this credit union.  In addition to work, Marya enjoys spending time with friends and family. Her family at home consists of her husband and their two dogs, who they consider their children.

    Erin is a Partner and Financial Advisor at Liberty Point Advisors, with over 15 years’ experience.  Erin works closely with clients to provide high-quality, meaningful and goal oriented financial advice and guidance through all stages of life. Built on the motto: Life, Liberty, and Legacy - she helps guide clients through the financial ups and downs of life; allowing clients to further their resources to live the life they seek, give back to their communities and leave a lasting impact for generations to come. When not helping clients, Erin is attending numerous soccer, softball, piano, and dance events with her two young girls and husband.

    Maryam Nassiri | The Flower Shoppe

    Maryam is a long time business owner and resident in Vineland. Currently, she owns and manages The Flower Shoppe. She is an expert floral designer, and loves helping customers find the perfect floral arrangement for all of life’s big occasions.

    She also has a passion for real estate, buying and selling homes for her cherished clients as an agent with Collini Real Estate. 

    Maryam is a graduate of Stockton University, with a degree in business and accounting. She has previously served M25 and Vineland Downtown Improvement District. Currently, she is a member of Vineland Rotary.

    Krista Riley | The Grove at Centerton

    I have been working in the hospitality industry for 10 years, where I first started as a banquet server. I grew a passion for weddings and events and more than anything the relationships I began to grow with my clients. The most important part of my job to me is creating memories. Being a resident of Pittsgrove Township my entire life I am extremely involved with our community, and being able to give back. Most who know me joke about how I know everyone, but that's what I love about working in my hometown. When I am not at work you will find me at some type of sporting field with my three kids who keep me very busy or at the race track!

    Ana Saull | Inspira Health Foundation

    Ana has been with Inspira Health Foundation since February 2019.  She currently serves as a Philanthropy Officer focusing on raising needed funds for projects and programs that benefit our community. Prior to joining the Inspira Team, Ana worked for Rowan College of South Jersey Cumberland Campus (formally known as Cumberland County College) in their Foundation office.  She was born and raised in Vineland, which is still home for her today.  She earned her degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  Ana always has a smile on her face and a positive outlook in life. Ana believes in giving back to her community.  In that spirit she is currently a Vineland Rotarian as well as a mentor with Big Brother Big Sisters Mentor 2.0 Program.  Outside of work, Ana loves to read, watch MMA and spend time with her husband and two young daughters.
