    Glenn Insurance is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support and manage employer benefits accounts within our growing benefits department.  This is a client-facing service role focused on relationship management, renewals, and coordinating benefit strategies.  No cold calling or prospecting required.
    Compensation:
    $60,000-$75,000 based on experience
    Hybrid work schedule available after onboarding period
    Responsibilities:
    Manage day-to-day service needs for assigned employer accounts
    Assist with renewals, plan reviews, and open enrollment coordination
    Serve as a primary contact for client benefit questions
    Work closely with producers and coordinators to maintain smooth workflow
    Prepare client-facing materials and proposals
    Qualifications:
    Insurance or employee benefits experience preferred
    Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    NJ insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain
