Rowan College of South Jersey Career & Technical Education - Conversational Skills: Engaging and Influencing Others / 7-31 and 8-7-25

This course will help participants understand the different methods of communication and how to make the most of them. Participants will consider ways to improve active listening, non-verbal and verbal communications. Get ready to build more confidence in your interactions with others. This is a 4-hour virtual class with Jerry Covella.

This free course is available through a partnership between the New Jersey Community College Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development, and the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Attendees must be employed by a registered New Jersey business. Public and State employees are not eligible for this grant-funded training, but there are other options available. Participants who complete the entire duration of their classes will receive a professional development certificate of completion.
