The CompleteCare Foundation is thrilled to extend an invitation to its Fall 5K that's all about fun, families, health, and the community.
This year’s Halloween Bone Run at Parvin State Park aims to be quite the 5K this year. Every step taken will benefit its Veterans Dental Program -Vet Smiles- along with the SJ Regional Animal Shelter.
There will be more than 250 runners, walkers, and dog lovers from all over running for Vets and pets in need. In addition to the 5K walk, there will be a 1.5-mile walk and, new this year, a Howl-O-Ween dog walk for four-legged friends and two-legged guides.
Awards for the 5K run will be given to the top three finishers overall and in three age groups. Registration for the 5K run and dog walk is $25 ($15 for 5K runners ages 1-18) and $20 for the 1.5-mile walk.
