Celebrates New Office Building
BRIDGETON, NJ - APRIL 23, 2024: Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cumberland & Salem Counties (BBBS) was thrilled to hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new facility at 60 Landis Avenue in Bridgeton, NJ. Staff members, the Board, friends, and supporters gathered to commemorate this exciting transition thanks to the Big Move Campaign.
Donna Bennett, President and CEO, led the celebration followed by Senator Michael Testa Jr.; Erin Mendez, BBBS Board Chair; the 2024 Big Sister and Brother of the Year (Priscilla McCoy and Will Gruccio); Debby Novick, the Big Move Campaign Co-Chair. and the Novick family, Michael, Scott, and Wendy.
This new facility is a BIG deal! It includes a welcome area for families to learn more about the people and the program, an interview room for family members and bigs to spend time getting to know one another, a board room for large gatherings and training sessions, and plenty of extra space for room to grow.
“The ribbon cutting marked a significant milestone for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cumberland & Salem Counties as we opened our doors to our new facility at 60 Landis Avenue,” said President and CEO Donna Bennett. “This is more than just a building; it's a beacon of hope for our community, with dedicated spaces for families to connect, mentors to inspire, and staff to support the vital work we do. This facility will serve as a cornerstone for fostering meaningful relationships and changing lives for the better.
