Account Manager

As an Account Manager and valued member of Oscar Garcia's State Farm Agent Team, you play a crucial role in supporting daily business operations and contributing to our customers' success. You will help grow our agency by building meaningful relationships with customers and acting as a liaison between their needs and our agency departments. Your proactive approach to marketing relevant products and services helps improve the lives of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote retention and business growth
* Conduct thorough policy reviews and offer tailored recommendations to customers
* Manage and resolve complex customer issues effectively and professionally Utilize your knowledge of    insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads

Insurance licenses are a Plus, but not needed

Mon-Fri (32-40 hours per week) Between 8:30 am and 6 pm Benefits: 10 days PTO
