Meal Prepping Classes Give Tips from the Pros:

If you have wondered how to find time to cook healthy, tasty meals for a healthier you, the YMCA has the answer. “Meal Prepping Made Easy” can help by giving tips, tricks, and recipes to give your body the fuel it needs. Participants will get to watch, taste, and learn how to prepare delicious foods that are good for you. Programs will be held from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. on three Saturday mornings.
“Are You Down with OPP?” is set for January 26. It will include overnight oats, protein shakes, and protein bars. “You Can Stuff It” will be on February 9. Chicken salad, avocados, quesadillas, and stuffed peppers will be covered. February 23’s session is titled “Undercover Fruits and Veggies.” Zucchini ravioli, veggie pizza, cauliflower rice, and banana “sushi” will be the topics.
This series is offered in cooperation with Bottino’s ShopRite. The fee is $10.00 for community members, $7 for Y program members, and $5 for Y facility members. Those who register for all three classes will save 20%.
