Vineland Envornmental Commission - Tree Planting at Campanella Park / 11/11/23

The Vineland Environmental Commission is looking for volunteers to help with planting trees at Campanella Park (aka South Vineland Park) on W. Elmer Rd. on Saturday, November 11, 2023.  There may also be some litter cleanup or other work as needed.
 
The event starts at 9:00 a.m., and will be done by 12:00 p.m. Meet at the pavilion by the main parking lot. The event coordinator is John Pedersen.
 
Minors will need a parent/guardian to sign in upon arrival, and must be picked up by a parent/guardian by 12:00 p.m.  Any forms needing signature must be presented that day at the end of the event.
 
Please R.S.V.P. with your preferred method of contact (email or phone) to DianeAmico  damico@vinelandcity.org so that we can plan for supplies and gloves, and also to keep you updated on any changes due to weather conditions.
 
If you can attend, please wear appropriate clothing (long pants, long sleeves) and sturdy footwear (be prepared for mud), as well as work-gloves if you have them. Wearing bug spray is recommended.
 
Bring a bottle of water for yourself if desired.
