Rowan College of South Jersey Career & Technical Education - Customer Service Excellence: Elevating The Experience / 10-21-25
This professional development workshop offers participants tips and key elements of outstanding customer service that create lasting impressions which can foster continued client, customer or consumer loyalty.
The learning objectives of this course include reflection on how to recognize attitudes that impact customer service, identify customer or client needs, how to create lasting relationships and how to deal with difficult customers.
This free workshop is available through a partnership between the New Jersey Community College Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development, and the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Attendees must be employed by a registered New Jersey business. Public and State employees are not eligible for this grant-funded training, but there are other options available.
