Take Back Your Health is a community wellness event designed to help you become more informed, empowered, and proactive about your health. Join the Omni Healing Studio team and local wellness professionals for a day of education, connection, and hands-on experiences focused on movement, recovery, prevention, and whole-person wellness.

Explore lymphatic health and self-care, compression therapy, dry brushing, abdominal breathwork, recovery tools, movement, and practical strategies you can incorporate into everyday life.

HerScan will also be on-site offering breast ultrasound screenings by appointment for $295, providing women with an additional opportunity to be proactive about breast health.

Community Day registration is just $1 to reserve your spot. HerScan appointments are scheduled and paid separately.
