INTENTION:
Wayne and Anne hold a deep intention to inspire others
in the art of living the present moment thru the practice of Mindfulness.
The benefits of said practice are numerous. Here are a few....

CLASS STRUCTURE & CONTENT:
We see each class made up of two parts with a short break in between.
In the first part, we will introduce a mindful topic for your consideration, such as, reducing stress
in daily life. Pertinent information will be offered, and you will be invited to engage
in an interactive group dialogue where you may share personal on-point experiences.
In the second part, you will be introduced to a mindfulness technique, such as, Focused Breathing.
We will practice the technique together and answer your questions along the way.
New techniques and practices will be offered regularly.
Our intention is that this program will help you create a Mindfulness Toolbox
you can reach into and apply anytime in your daily life.

BIOS:
Wayne Mesiano, Licensed Acupuncturist has over 30 years experience in Chi Gong, Tai Chi, meditation, breathing exercises and was certified as a Stress Management Educator in 1994. He has studied with various teachers, trainings and traditions to cultivate and embody a mindfulness practice. An eternal student, Wayne remains curious and open to constantly study the healing arts in mind-body wellness.
An avid field researcher in consciousness and conscious living, Anne brings many years of experience to her practice of meditation and embodying mindfulness. She has studied in diverse settings in the US and abroad to expand her understanding for how to apply mindful practice in practical ways. Anne's credentials include basic and advanced degrees in Education, Music, Metaphysics and Metaphysical Counseling, Conflict Resolution and Peacemaking and numerous certifications ranging from Mediation and Diversity to Meditation and Quantum Consciousness.
