Cumberland County Office of Emergency Management - Never Forget 9/11 Ceremony / September 11, 2026

Memorial also will include bagpipe performances and narrations by speakers Joseph Sever, formerly of Cumberland County Office of Emergency Management, and Chaplain Gary Holden, both of whom were at the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. 

The public is welcome to attend.  Please arrive between 7:45 and 8 am to attend this moving ceremony.
