Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity - 2025 Golf Classic / 9-12-25

Join Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity at its 2025 Golf Classic in Memory of Dick Baum on Friday, September 12, 2025, at White Oaks Country Club.

Prizes include First and Second Place Teams, Closest to the Pin, a Putting Contest and Multiple Hole-in-One Contests.  An awards dinner will follow a shotgun start at noon.

Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity partners with working families in need of safe, stable homes.  All partner families contribute at least 250 hours of sweat equity towards the construction of their homes.  Habitat relies on the help of volunteers and the goodwill of local businesses for discounted and donated materials to keep the cost of construction low.  Once the home is complete, Habitat sells the home to the family at cost.  The program is a unique opportunity that gives families the chance to work towards the American Dream of home ownership.

The Dick Baum Memorial Awards Dinner honors a man who served as a volunteer, board member, fundraiser, builder, believer and good friend to Habitat, dedicating many years of his life to the mission of helping Cumberland County families achieve the goal of responsible home ownership.
