Citizens United To Protect The Maurice River - Membership Meeting & Presentation / 5-13-26

This gathering offers a chance to connect with fellow members and supporters while learning more about the organization’s ongoing efforts to protect and steward the Wild and Scenic Maurice River watershed.
Following the update, CU Maurice River will continue its theme, Celebrating Community Science, with a presentation by Jane Morton Galetto. Jane will share insights from years of osprey monitoring and stewardship along the Maurice River and Delaware Bay, including the role volunteers have played in tracking nesting success and managing habitat challenges. Her presentation will highlight how dedicated community scientists contribute meaningful data that informs conservation decisions and helps safeguard the rivers’ outstanding ecological resources.
