Citizens United To Protect The Maurice River - Mauricetown Riverfest / 9-12-26

Join CU Maurice River, the Cumberland County Cultural & Heritage Commission, and the Mauricetown Historical Society for the Mauricetown RiverFest. This free community celebration brings together art, history, nature, and culture with live music, local artists and vendors, and delicious food.
Throughout the day artists will be set up around the historic village, drawing inspiration from Mauricetown’s distinctive landscape, architecture, and river heritage to create original works of art that visitors can purchase. At 1 pm, join Matt Pisarski for an architectural walk through the village and discover the stories and unique details behind Mauricetown’s historic buildings.
With something for everyone, RiverFest is a wonderful opportunity to explore this special Maurice River community, meet local artists and makers, learn about the village’s history, and enjoy a day along the river. Admission is free!
CU Ambassadors Needed
Help promote CU Maurice River's mission by engaging and involving community members with CUMR's work and offerings. CUMR will have tables at the festival for general outreach and education. The day has been broken down into various shifts to allow plenty of time for volunteers to enjoy the festival as well.
