Citizens United To Protect The Maurice River - 4th Saturday Wading Bird Paddle / 6-28-25

Enjoy a guided kayak outing led by CU Maurice River Naturalist Tony Klock.  Paddle through local wetlands and observe wading birds in their natural habitat—part of a region long known for its rich ecological tapestry and deep-rooted human connections to the land and water.

This immersive field experience is perfect for birders of all levels, from seasoned spotters to curious newcomers. Participants must bring their own kayak, paddle, and lifejackets.
