Citizens United To Protect The Maurice River - 20th Annual Chili Bowl / 3-14-26
Join CU Maurice River at the 20th Annual Chili Bowl on March 14. Support a mission you care about while enjoying a fun evening in the company of other like-minded people. Dozens of volunteers dedicate their time to organizing this event's activities and savory dishes. The CU Cuisine Team is on-site in the morning, preparing a wide assortment of chilis, including a variety of meat, vegan, and gluten-free options, for everyone to enjoy.
The night begins with a social hour, appetizers, and live music. And, it should go without saying that at a CU Maurice River event, the dessert table does not disappoint. Fundraising activities include a 50/50 raffle and a silent and live auction featuring woodwork, fine art, antiques, ceramics, jewelry, wildlife tours, outdoor recreation experiences, and so much more.
The Chili Bowl plays a large role in funding CU Maurice River's youth education programming, wildlife management projects, and river conservation work. It is also the social event with the greatest attendance from membership and the community. Now in its 20th iteration, the annual Chili Bowl has supported grassroots river stewardship and connected local nature enthusiasts for many years. Bowl by bowl, we are building a greener tomorrow together. Join CU Maurice River again or for the first time this year!
