Rowan College of South Jersey Career & Technical Education - Leading With Trust / 8-28 and 9-4-25

This course will explain how trust is a key component of leadership. Learn how to engage employees in decision making, investing in their success, identifying different personality types and how to work with them. This is a 4-hour virtual course with Jerry Covella.

This free course is available through a partnership between the New Jersey Community College Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development, and the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Attendees must be employed by a registered New Jersey business. Public and State employees are not eligible for this grant-funded training, but there are other options available. Participants who complete the entire duration of their classes will receive a professional development certificate of completion.
