This professional development class offers participants tips and key elements of what creates outstanding customer service, which makes lasting impressions that can foster continued client, customer or consumer loyalty. The learning objectives of this course include reflection on how to recognize attitudes that impact customer service, identify customer or client needs, create lasting relationships and deal with difficult customers. This is a 3-hour virtual class.
This class is available through a partnership between the New Jersey Community College Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development, and the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Attendees must be employed by a registered New Jersey business. Public and State employees are not eligible for this grant-funded training, but there are other options available. Participants who complete the entire duration of their classes will receive a professional development certificate of completion.
