Participants will learn how this fourth-generation, family-owned company saves reusable materials from landfills by recycling metals, paper, plastics, and managing food waste. The tour highlights the complex, hands-on processes involved in modern recycling and explores Giordano’s history, which began in the 1940s with Joseph Giordano, Sr. and has grown into a state-of-the-art facility serving the waste and recycling industry today.
