I think you would agree that sauces and dressings provide the bulk of flavor in the meals that we eat. What would a salad be without dressing? Cooked greens, pasta, or just about anything else without a sauce?
Of course, you can still eat them, but it's so much more enjoyable with a sauce or dressing. Right?
You can always opt to buy healthy store-bought versions, but why do that when it's so easy to make your own?
Sauces and dressings take your meals from bland to bursting with flavor. And meal prep is so much easier too!!! All you need is a base/staple, i.e., whole grain, pasta, baked potato, greens, stir-fry, beans and a sauce or dressing to mix and match meals throughout the week.
I'll be demonstrating 5 dressing and sauces, along with a few base ingredients to serve them on. You'll get to taste them all!
Recipes will be provided.
