Learn how to engage employees in decision making\, investing in their success\, identifying different personality types and how to work with them. This is a 4-hour virtual course with Jerry Covella.\n\n\n\nThis free course is available through a partnership between the New Jersey Community College Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development\, and the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Attendees must be employed by a registered New Jersey business. Public and State employees are not eligible for this grant-funded training\, but there are other options available. Participants who complete the entire duration of their classes will receive a professional development certificate of completion.
