SUMMARY:Rowan College of South Jersey Career & Technical Education - Leading Others: Essential Skills for Current & Future Leaders / 8-7\, 8-14\, 8-21 and 8-28-25
DESCRIPTION:This course will assist the participant in cultivating leadership skills for self-leadership and the leadership of others by fostering better self-awareness and understanding of the people you lead. Participants will learn techniques on how to help others adapt to different leadership styles\, establish their own leadership goals and understand their own leadership styles. This is an 8-hour virtual course with Dr. Kellie Slade.\n\n\n\nThese free workshops and courses are available through a partnership between the New Jersey Community College Consortium for Workforce and Economic Development\, and the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Attendees must be employed by a registered New Jersey business. Public and State employees are not eligible for this grant-funded training\, but there are other options available. Participants who complete the entire duration of their classes will receive a professional development certificate of completion.
