DESCRIPTION:On Sunday\, November 8\, 2026\, local veterans will be welcomed for a meaningful Veterans Day observance filled with gratitude\, fellowship and a freshly prepared meal.  the gathering will take place at the Veterans Memorial Home\, 524 N. West Boulevard\, Vineland.\n\n\n\nNJ Health Hospice and Palliative Care is a sponsor of this event and invites community members to join them as volunteers. By donating just a few hours\, you can help serve the wonderful dishes prepared by local chefs\, culinarians and culinary students\, and offer our veterans simple gifts of a warm welcome.\n\n\n\nVolunteer servers are asked to arrive at 10 am for a meeting and instructions.  At 11 am\, there will be an honor guard\, welcome\, Pledge of Allegiance\, national anthem and opening remarks.  At 11:20 am\, brunch service begins.\n\n\n\nEvery helping hand makes this tribute more special.  Whether you can volunteer your time\, make a donation or simply help spread the word\, your generosity will hep create a welcoming day of appreciation for our veterans.
