DESCRIPTION:Leadership Development After Hours Series\n\nJoin us for Leadership Development workshops which will take place virtually via zoom on Tuesday evenings from 5:30-7:30pm.  These workshops introduce important skills to professionals in any industry\, companies need leaders in all areas of an organization. Workshops will provide a basic introduction to leadership\, courses will examine topics such understanding leadership\, dealing with conflict\, time management\, communication techniques\, coaching and mentoring employees.  There will be a Meet & Greet event to be held at the end of the series. An invitation will be sent out to all attendees. These classes are grant-funded and you may only enroll if you are employed by a NJ Business. Public & State employees are not eligible.
