DESCRIPTION:Coming to the Luciano Center this November is GODSPELL!!!\n\n\n\nBased on the Gospel according to Matthew\, Godspell is the first musical theatre offering from composer Stephen Schwartz who went on to write such well-known hits as Wicked\, Pippin\, and Children of Eden. The show features a comedic troupe of eccentric players who team up with Jesus to teach his lessons in a new age through parables\, games\, and tomfoolery.\n\nGodspell also features the international hit\, "Day by Day"\, as well as an eclectic blend of songs ranging from pop to vaudeville\, as Jesus' life is played out onstage. Even after the haunting crucifixion\, Jesus' message of kindness\, tolerance and love lives vibrantly on.\n\n \n\nShow dates are November 16th\, 17th\, and 18th @ 8:00 p.m. with Matinee performances on the 18th @ 2:00 p.m. and the 19th @ 3:00 p.m.\n\n \n\nTickets can be purchased at the box office located in the Frank Guaracini Performing Arts Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. as well as 90 minutes before every show.
