DESCRIPTION:Through the sponsorship of Bay Atlantic Federal Credit Union and the collaboration between Mainstreet Vineland\, The Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce and FocalPoint Business Coaching\, a 10-session Business Success Series of classes will begin on September 20\, 2017. These sessions will focus on helping business owners build a stress-free\, highly effective\, goal-oriented workplace while also providing an energizing effect on these companies\, their employees and the community. FocalPoint is a global leader in business coaching services with 200 practices located across the world. Recently\, the company opened a location in Vineland\, NJ.\n\n\n\nWe have put together a full schedule of classes that will cover all key aspects of a successful business operation: staff synergy/communication\, effective time management\, identifying your target market\, short- and long-term planning strategies (along with contingent exit planning) and implementing a plan to reach all revenue goals.\n\n\n\nWe are confident that all attendees will see immediate improvement in their business operations and\, through this process\, create a clear path to success.\n\n\n\nNo more than two employees from each business will be accepted.  Please see the following list for the dates of the proposed sessions.
