Cumberland Salem Workforce Investment Board

The primary responsibility of the CSWIB is to serve as an alliance of the public and private sector for the purpose of coordinating, providing guidance on policy development, and oversight of employment and training activities in Cumberland and Salem counties.  In partnership with the Chief Elected Officials, the overall goal is to develop and sustain a unified labor market-driven system that can deliver needed services to job seekers and employers in an effective and cost efficient manner.
