The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) was created in 1953 as an independent agency of the federal government to aid, counsel, assist and protect the interests of small business concerns, to preserve free competitive enterprise and to maintain and strengthen the overall economy of our nation.

Vineland Downtown Improvement District (VDID)
Main Street Vineland is a nonprofit organization that works to preserve, protect, and enhance the downtown area with its historic and natural assets, while raising the equity value of downtown properties and its businesses.
Vineland/Millville Urban Enterprise Zone
The Urban Enterprise Zone Program is a twenty-year program created by the State of New Jersey as a tool to create economic development and employment in distressed cities. The Vineland/Millville Zone is one of twenty-seven zones in New Jersey. Vineland and Millville became active in the Urban Enterprise Zone Program in April 1986.
Cumberland Empowerment Zone
The Cumberland Empowerment Zone's mission is to utilize the unique heritage of Cumberland County (it's natural resources including the diversity and talents of its citizens) to promote sustainable growth and development by delivering innovative, customized programs that respect the environment and use natural and cultural resources as assets.
